Run a Mile From the XRJ Antivirus Software

My late mother always told me to stay away from strangers or people who wear sheepskin coats, suede shoes, look remotely like Terry-Thomas and don't have proper names and only initials. Bearing her words of warning in mind has served me well in life, so when I first heard about the new and improved XRJ Antivirus that was being offered online, the warning bells began to ring out.

Hiding under the disguise of a shareware (try me for free) this XRJ Antivirus software is yet another wolf in sheep's clothing designed to lure the unsuspecting and cost conscious computer owning public to lay down their hard earned cash in a piece of software that will not only fail to defend their computer against virus attacks, will probably launch a few of its own.

The crooks that put together the XRJ Antivirus software are no different from many others who have tried the same ploy on the unsuspecting and unwitting. First of all they lure them into their scam by providing a try me for free version of the software, which certainly looks like it is doing the job, sending out a stream of seemingly accurate system alert messages as well as a series of system scan results, all of which are totally false. Consumers are so impressed that their personal security is being protected and without it costing them a penny, that when the "free membership" runs out, they hasten to part with the few dollars that is required to buy a full and unlimited subscription to XRJ software. And that’s when the fun begins!

The simple truth of the matter is that XRJ Antivirus is not only a total spoof it is also very dangerous. Instead of protecting a computer it, at best does nothing, and at worse attacks the computers it feeds off. Anyone who has the shareware version of this "software" installed on their computer or even those who have gone as far as buying the "full version" should waste no time in remove it from their computer. These days there is no room for taking chances with your computer's protection against the constant and unrelenting waves of virus attacks that are being mounted by virtual gangsters. Antivirus software that does not carry the name of a leading company such as McAfee needs to be given a wide berth, for your protection as well as your peace of mind.
